Keeping ChamberMaster and MemberZone updated with important fixes and improvements is a priority. In this maintenance release, you'll find many fixes to key software components like events, reports and the membership application. View the release notes below for details on these updates.
 

Event Fixes

• Faster Event Invoice Delivery: The event invoice delivery query was improved so that invoices can be view/printed/emailed quicker when selecting Delivery Invoices when on Billing, Invoice tab and selecting Event Batch type. 
• Reminder Date Fix: Date/time of last event reminder sent will once again be displayed underneath the Reminder Date/Time on the Events, General tab. A time zone issue was discovered that was keeping the last reminder date/time from displaying like it did previously.
• Streamlined Waiting Lists: When adding your name to an event waiting list, the custom questions for actual registrants will now be suppressed as expected. Previously we would ask the custom questions when the questions were not tied to a specific registration type but because they were not actually being registered, those custom answers were not being stored and would have to be entered again if the individual got moved off the waiting list.
• Accurate Thank You Emails: Thank you letters available directly from an event’s Guest List tab will now reliably populate with the correct event name automatically. Previously you would have to double-check that the correct event name was being included in your thank you email. It was easy enough to change it, but now it will consistently be the right event name.
• Improved Reports: The Event Listing Summary report was updated to properly display events that “DOES NOT display on public calendar”. Previously this selection would include events that were displaying on the public calendar.
• Time Zone Clarity: Automatic Event reminders will now contain the time zone if there is a time specified on the event. The confirmation email already contained the time zone, but the reminder is now handled the same way.

Report Fixes

• Retention Report Accuracy: Member Retention Summary, Dropped Members report has been updated to ensure that the initial month on the graph has the correct year identified. Previously, the graph would show the same year for the starting month as the ending month..
• Renewals Report Update: Membership Renewals report - A fix has been applied so that if you select the “Renewal Month” field and choose “Do Not Filter”, the results will now properly filter out any expired fees from the results.  
• Helpful Links: “Read More” link updated on the “Quarantined Invalid Email Addresses” report description to link to this new location.

Misc Fixes

• Visible Icons: The edit job posting icon should now be more visible. A combination of white background and a white icon caused the icon to only be visible when hovered over. This is found under Setup > Job Posting Settings > Add/Edit Custom Search Attributes when you attempt to view the edit/delete icons for an attribute.

• Readable Marketspace Pages: Marketspace module page has background colors that will make the page more readable. Previously the dark purple background cause the text to be almost unreadable.
• Security Boost: Fixed an open redirect issue that improves overall security for ChamberMaster.
• Cleaned-Up Integrations: The integration with the Votility advocacy software is no longer valid since their company no longer offers that feature. However, the setting was still visible in customer’s database. At this release we removed that setting and cleared out the code that triggered that feature.
