Software Update | May 2023
For this release, we focused on expanding options and improving the Mass Drop/Write-off tool, as well as increased security for the public facing module pages, staff and member login pages, and SmartCMS pages.
New Mass Drop/Write-off tool
The new and improved Mass Drop/Write-off tool now offers three different "actions" to allow flexibility with dropping members and/or writing-off invoices, as well as some new filter options.
- Choose your action:1) Drop & Write-off, 2) Drop Only, and 3) Write-off Only.
- Ability to filter by membership status, membership type, invoice date range, and item type.
- New popup to view invoices if there are multiple within the search criteria.

Where do I find this? This report is found on the Reports tab under Billing within the Executive section that is available for staff with Administrator permissions.
Increased security for public module and login pages
An added security measure is being implemented for our public facing module pages, staff and member login pages, and SmartCMS pages. As a result, these pages will no longer be able to be iFramed into 3rd party websites. As highlighted in February, customers currently using iFrames to integrate their public facing module pages with their website are encouraged to work with their webmaster to use our recommended integration. Integration information and steps can be found on our support website. If you're not able to use our recommended integration, please contact us and we'd be happy to discuss further options with you.
Other Updates
- Sunset the public Weather module page: As a follow up from February, effective March 24, 2023, due to the recent changes with our 3rd party provider (API), we are no longer offering the weather module page. The weather page now displays a static message in place of the weather data. Please take a moment to scan your website and remove any links that may still be pointing to this page. If you are still interested in displaying weather information, please feel free to check into other weather widget options to incorporate into your website, such as https://weatherwidget.io/.
- Ongoing maintenance and security updates: As part of our continued commitment to keep your software performance optimal and secure.
